MP3 ART stuck inna movement

BNG in SURF Magazine
An Interview and a short background perspective on promo windsurfing and music activities had been published in SURF Magazine / Holland 2011/2012 winters issue Story and photography by Simone Vellekoop.

Freestyle Windsurfing Seminar:
The judging Seminar in Gent was fun with only a few participants from Latvia, France, Belgium and Poland.
Tom Hartmann from the European freestyle Pro tour explains about the scoring and Ruben Petrisie European Freestyle Pro Kids tour answered questions asked by the students.

A new Track is out:
Ruben quotes:
Stuck inna movement started from scratch with a dry beat that I had no idea what to do with it, I even send it around to a few musicians but never heard anything back, it is often said that my beats are in the category of strange music. But that's no problem if they actually did sound like every other music out there I wouldn't even bother to be creative with my own ART at all. I believe that there is no limit in the creation of sounds and music "if it didn't fit back then- It would fit in, some time somewhere".

The first lines basically decided the direction of the rest of the lyrics with eyes closed while listening to the beat. I've been high speed chilling but saw slow motion action, I captured a show with a lot of attention where you all did the acting. But who is directing? And that's all I had for weeks. After a few Months of writing and thinking came this.

The European fun Board Expression and the Final event of the European Freestyle Pro Kids Tour was held on the beaches of Six Fours in France, Le Brusc. any kids howed up to compete on the last event of the season, except the winds who vailed to blow good enough for the 5 day freestyle event compitition. Even if so, the event turned out to be a great one with lots of activities including stunnin afternoon tow in sessions (windsurfer pulled by Boat same as in wake boarding only this time the surfer releases the rope and performes Freestyle tricks as if there was enough wind to do so).
BNG as Tour Manager and the events Head judge took the kids further out by boat in order to to catch enough winds to complete the first elimination rounds.

On one of the days a light wind expression session was held,Steven Max and Mattijs Lasore both 13 years of age made the top 2 spots of the light wind expression session.

Pertusato film crew were on sight to film and edit most of the action happening. Get to know more about the perstusato boys here...

Kids introduced new kids to the sport windsurfing with Thanks to the Female Slalom World Champion of 2009 Valery Arrighetti who made it possible for a group of kids from a student organization to be able to meet and greet with the Windsurfing Pro kids.
All of them got their first introduction to windsurfing and went home with a great experience.

Interview sessions were done right on the beach and the crowds got to hear about most of the kids their background, their lifestyle and their sponsors. Steven Max from Aruba looks up to the vice world Champion in Freestyle Kiri thode, his biggest idol in windsurfing.

A new face from Italy Anna Chiochetti wins the special price as the (MVS)
Most Valuable Sailor of the event, judged on her personality, style and reputation at the event.
Anna will be receiving a brand new carbon windsurfing masts by Reptile Masts.

BNG attended the 3 rd EFPKT (European Freestyle Pro Kids Tour) tour stop in Belgium back in August.
The event was organized and proudly supported by Twins Club.
They provided a great service to all competitors and the event was a great one with bright sunny summer days, beach activities and a great dub step closure party.
Groovy Dj sessions were done by BNG at sunset during a media tow in session with local Hero and the 2011 Freestyle World Champion Steven van Broekhoven.

BNG testing the Killer 2012 Ka Sails in Turkey, Alacati
First Words: The killer was surprisingly light in hands.
It was about 20 knots and I thought that I might be a bit
over powered on a 5.3 but, the power drive was so smooth through out the sail. I also found it very maneuverable and easy to handle, now I cant wait to have more sessions on the killer to discover more of its uniqueness.

BNG attending the PWA Pegasus Airlines World Tour stop in Turkey.
A great event organized by surf and sounds with super conditions.
Tuning and testing the Ka Race Sails with Brand Manager Peter Weitenberg and team rider Jesper Orth during the event.

BNG at the Sealion World Cup event.
An event organized and created by Board sponsor AHD.
The event was unique were only one type of board was allowed for Sup racing, fun Slalom racing and light wind wave sailing which the board is mainly designed for. Some of the international attendance were Diony Gaudagdino from Venezuela, Hot sails Mauii's Jeff Henderson from Hawaii and Swedish Sealion Pioneer Niclas Cederlund.
Over 40 participants with the same boards were all part of this extremely cool and fun atmospheric event.
Groovy to club sounds DJ sessions were done by BNG during the weekend evening.

BNG made his way to final rounds and went home on the 6th position.

Here: Diony on a upgraded version of the sealion, a slightly looser board with less volume than the original, making the board more radical on the turns in extreme conditions.

IFCA PRO KIDS World championships
Organized by Surf en Zeil centrum Brouwersdam and supported by:
The European Freestyle Pro Kids Tour
Provincie zeeland
Mystic boarding the main event sponsor
Center Parcs Port Zélande
Surf magazine Holland
Surf magazine Germany

A well organized location and event with great windsurfing conditions
made it possible for windsurfing kids from 8 different nations
to come over and to battle for a world title in the youth and junior division.

Official opening ceremony was done by the municipal councilor of "Gemeente Goedereede" Mr. Peter Feller. A flag parade was held straight after, towards Center Parcs Port Zélande where the kids were welcomed with a BBQ dinner. BNG as the EFPKT tour manager and the head judge at this event surely was impressed by the level of the kids at this world cup event. The forecast started with light winds and sunshine to rain and more wind to even stronger winds with the sun peeking through some parts of the days. Yet every single day from beginning to end was another exciting day with tow in sessions, expression sessions, water jump sessions and pure freestyle sensations.
At the end of the event there had been enough eliminations rounds to fairly decide the overall decisions. We are not saying that it was easy but, one thing is sure, this event generated a lot of excitement and fun.

< Judges focused while the talented kids perform their freestyle tricks at Brouwersdam.

From the UK, Isaac Bradly Baker got back in the water after a wind skating injury and won the U 13 super kids division.

Ethan Westera from "one happy island" Aruba a Champion in the U 15 division. This 13 year old kid was able to do high rated moves like no handed flaka's

Rafael de Windt from the tropical island of Curacao a very interesting freestyler who knew how to impress the judges with style and inventing tricks like a " spock and wissle" it does sounds funny but, we never ever saw no one else do something like that before.

Official event organizer Uwe Jendrusch the father of the talented local freestyler stoked after his son Rick Jendrusch kicked out Rafael de Windt in one of the earlier elimination rounds.

Local Rick Jendrusch from Holland the new Youth world champion
who was crowed at his home spot. Big ups

Awards cermony of the IFCA PRO KIDS at the zeil en Surf Centrum Brouwersdam was great with lots of happy faces. The winds dropped down and the sunshine came out to say good bye on the last moments of the final day of this event. This event was the second stop of the five European Freestyle Pro Kids Tour
stops. The tour will continue at the next tour stop in Belgium.
