DEFI WIND one of windsurfing's greatest events went down in Gruissan south of France.
The 11 year old event had 1111 entry spots and yet brought 850 fanatic windsurfers from 25 nations together with more than 100 teenagers ready to take part in the long distance windsurfing race which was set along a coast line on a 40 km stretch.

was also on sight snapping artistic shots true the lens, next to
Jean Souville the French photographer who snapped most shots of the Defi Wind event.



A few windsurfers from Estonia were  also on sight next to all the other windsurfers from the many different countries.
The waters of the Estonian coastline are actually mostly shallow and with its smooth winds it becomes ideal for windsurfing enthusiasts.
During the winter they even have ice-surfing tracks, giving windsurfing a whole new feeling.


BNG cruising on the way in, on the Ka Race 7.9 and the AHD slalom board sl1. This event is definitely a must to do;being among so many windsurfers at one event, on one single spot simply creates this energetic atmosphere you have to experience at least one time.

Jason Polakow and Levi Sevir were on stage to appoint the winner of the "windsurf amateur film festival"
sponsored by OXBOW.
After the winner was announced it was time to introduce an exclusive preview of a new movie named
'Walls of perception'
a movie where the the Oxbow team riders share their autentic mind set.
The Oxbow Riders: Matt Meola, Levi Siver, Antoine Delpero, Kai Lenny,
Jason Polakow, Duane Desoto and Ian Alldredge.


BNG and the MUSIC: After the movie presentation he was up on stage performing some of his Hip Hop tracks.

And was accompanied by Pintos on some groovy mixture of reggae and hip hop later on.

Music By: NASSER a great electro rock band exploded the last evening with great electro sounds so good that they even changed the weather to a spattered sky of sparkling water drops.
